Weston Cage Engages to Jenifer Alexa Canter: "My Only Love and My Last"

Weston Coppola Cage, son of actor Nicolas Cage, has announced his engagement to Jenifer Alexa Canter. The musician, aged 34, proposed on March 6, 2024.

"Jenifer is my first love, my only love and my last," Weston stated in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE. "She is the love of my life and I am committed to her forever." Weston expressed deep devotion, saying, "Our relationship is a God-given phenomenon, and therefore it is incomparable."

"I honor my love with Jenifer. We are excited to change the world and create our legacy," he continued. Just a day before the engagement news, Weston shared a selfie with Canter on Instagram. In his caption, he noted that he "truly can’t wait to change the world with her."

The romance began in November 2024 when Weston shared details about their relationship on social media. He referred to Jenifer as his "twin flame" and emphasized that he loves her "beyond mortal comprehension."

Weston’s relationship history includes a previous marriage to musician Nikki Williams in 2011, which ended a year later. He then married Danielle Cage in 2013, and they had two sons, Lucian and Sorin, before separating later that year. He married Hila Cage Coppola in 2018, and they had twin daughters, Venice Zohar and Cyress Zara, in 2020. They finalized their divorce in July 2024.

Weston is Nicolas Cage’s eldest child, sharing his life with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton. Unfortunately, Weston faced legal issues in July 2024 when he was arrested for a felony assault with a deadly weapon, related to an incident involving Fulton in April.

In February 2025, Fulton filed a lawsuit against Cage, alleging that he neglected to address Weston's mental health issues prior to the event. According to her claim, this neglect contributed to the situation.

As per Cage’s attorney, "Weston Coppola is a 34-year-old man. Mr. Cage does not control Weston's behavior in any manner and is not responsible for Weston’s actions."

Nicolas Cage also has son Kal-El Coppola, aged 18, with his third wife, Alice Kim, along with a daughter, August Francesca Coppola Cage, aged 2, with current wife Riko Shibata
