Adam Brody, renowned for his roles in Mr. & Mrs. Smith and Jennifer's Body, is preparing to face challenges as his character, Rabbi Noah Roklov, returns in season 2 of the Netflix comedy Nobody Wants This. At the 2025 SAG Awards, Brody revealed to Deadline that Rabbi Noah will continue dealing with the fallouts from season 1, particularly regarding his decision to prioritize love with Joanne, played by Kristen Bell, over his work and faith. Notably, the show centers on the unconventional romance between a rabbi and a non-Jewish sex podcast host.
