Blac Chyna Marks 900 Days of Sobriety
Blac Chyna celebrates a key milestone in her wellness journey. The founder of Lashed cosmetics, Angela White, revealed she has been sober for 900 days.
Chyna proudly announced her achievement on Instagram on March 1. She expressed, "I thought nobody noticed, but they did. I wasn't happy; I wasn't at peace. Until I found Jesus. Until I got sober. And started to remember Angela." This marks nearly two and a half years of sobriety for the 36-year-old.
Her post featured throwback photos, including one of her baptism last year. She stated, "Trusting and depending on God during addiction and recovery can bring salvation and rescue when times feel hopeless."
The actress shares son King Cairo, 12, and daughter Dream Kardashian, 8, with ex-fiancés Tyga and Rob Kardashian. She captioned her post, "Every day we’re faced with a decision… but we opt to exist in a world of deception that will never transform unless you transform. ~Angela White."
One day before, she shared new photos from a recent photoshoot, along with a positive affirmation: "Embracing the best version of myself every day."
Chyna has documented her journey to sobriety on social media over the last two years. Beyond sobriety, she has reversed several cosmetic procedures. This includes breast reductions, silicone removal from her buttocks, and dissolution of facial fillers.
"I got sick and tired of being sick and tired of everything happening in my life," Chyna shared with host Devon Franklin on Merge TV’s Food for Thought last year. "I had to strip down everything that I thought or knew was holding me back."
The glamour model also discovered love again. Last October, she got engaged to songwriter Derrick Milano after over a year of dating. He proposed at Howard University's homecoming celebration, known as Yardfest.
Earlier, SSP reported that Snoop Dogg's daughter Cori welcomed first child prematurely.
