Chris Pratt Reveals Ex-Wife Anna Faris' House Lost in L.A. Fires

Chris Pratt recently shared that Anna Faris’ home has been destroyed in the ongoing Los Angeles fires. He provided this update to his followers amidst the devastating situation, US Weekly reported.

In an Instagram video on January 22, Pratt, 45, mentioned, "Alright, I’m going to check out my house. Miraculously it’s still standing. By the grace of God, we have four walls and a roof."

Pratt expressed his sadness over the destruction within the community. "It’s truly devastating. Silver lining is my house was saved but, at the same time, so many homes were lost," he stated. He also noted the loss of his son’s school and added that "my son’s mom’s house burned down."

Pratt shares 12-year-old son Jack with Faris, who is now 48. They were married from 2009 to 2018. He is currently married to Katherine Schwarzenegger, 35, since 2019. Together, they have three children. Faris, on the other hand, tied the knot with cinematographer Michael Barrett in 2021.

In his video, Pratt reassured Instagram followers of his commitment to keeping them informed about the aftermath of this disaster. He shared his sentiments, saying, "It’s been a tough few weeks, but we’re resilient. Praying for LA and all those impacted, we’ll get through this together. God bless."

On January 7, strong winds from the Santa Ana conditions ignited rapid brush fires across Los Angeles. The fires are currently 70% contained, having scorched over 23,000 acres, with at least 27 fatalities reported as of now.

Many celebrities have also expressed their concerns regarding the destruction. Nina Dobrev spoke out about her own experiences after her home survived a fire, reflecting on those who lost everything. She stated, "For some of them, the level of tragedy is immeasurable, and it’s really hard to comprehend. They’ve lost everything."
