Kelly shared the joyous news on Instagram. He posted a video of himself with his newborn, stating, "She’s finally here!! our little celestial seed." Sources indicate that, regardless of past issues, Fox and Kelly are united in their commitment to co-parenting. "Megan and MGK both are on the same page when it comes to co-parenting," says an insider. "Right now they’re amicable."

The couple got engaged in January 2022 but ended their engagement in November 2024. This decision came shortly after revealing they were expecting a child. An insider noted that while no one would be surprised if they attempted a romantic reconciliation in the future, their current focus is solely on their daughter’s well-being.

After their breakup, Fox briefly avoided communication with Kelly. She was overwhelmed after attempting to maintain their relationship for years.
