Danielle Peazer Shares Last Message from Liam Payne

Danielle Peazer, Liam Payne's ex-girlfriend, revealed he reached out just weeks before his death. She shared this as a tribute on social media, following his unexpected passing at age 31.

Peazer, who dated Liam for two years until 2013, reflected on his message. "Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your happiness for the love I found with Sonny and Mia," she wrote on Instagram. "This is something I'll cherish forever."

Danielle met Liam in 2010 during The X Factor, where she was a dancer, and he was a contestant with One Direction. She also noted she recently welcomed her daughter, Mia, with boyfriend Sonny Jay.

In her heartfelt letter, Peazer expressed regret about how Payne's story unfolded. "I'm sorry your story didn't end differently," she wrote. "I'm also sorry you didn't share more of your magic with the world."

Liam had faced ongoing battles with alcohol addiction and mental health. He was tragically found dead on October 16, following an incident at a Buenos Aires hotel.

Tributes for him have come from many, including former bandmates and at the 2024 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction, where he was honored posthumously.

Peazer also recounted their complex relationship. "At times, you were my favorite person in the whole world," she wrote. "However, we could easily irritate each other." She stressed how they learned to accept each other's imperfections over the years.

"The end of our relationship in 2013 felt more like the start of something continuous," she noted. She understood that their bond would linger despite their separate paths.

Praising Liam, Peazer shared her wish for him to realize he was "always more than enough for this world." She expressed gratitude for the lessons he imparted, especially regarding setting boundaries and protecting one's heart.

She concluded her letter with, "Rest easy my friend. Love, Danielle x."

Peazer's tribute also mentioned Liam's son, Bear, and parents. She conveyed her thoughts, "His pride in being a father was unparalleled amid his successes. It's heartbreaking there is now a child growing up without a parent."

In her post, Peazer sent love and strength to Liam's family, stating this loss was unimaginable.

She acknowledged graciously her gratitude to fans for their support during this difficult time as she copes with Liam's passing. Her partner, Sonny, showed his support by commenting on her post with a red heart emoji.
