Gigi Hadid Discusses Relationship with Bradley Cooper
Gigi Hadid recently shared insights into her relationship with Bradley Cooper, revealing their unique bond. The model expressed her happiness in this relationship, emphasizing how they've built a special place for themselves.
More than a year into their romance, Gigi offered a glimpse into their life together in a Vogue interview released on March 11. "I respect him so much as a creative," she stated. "He gives me encouragement and belief. For those you admire to support you, it creates belief in yourself." She then reflected on taking risks, saying, "What’s the worst thing if I auditioned for this? You jump and take the leap."
Gigi described their meeting at a backyard birthday party for a mutual friend's child. This led her to view their romance as more of a homecoming than a leap into the unknown. She stated, "Knowing what you want and deserve in a relationship is essential." Moreover, they both work individually to become the best partners for each other.
Though Gigi describes her relationship as "very romantic and happy," she is unlikely to share many personal details about it. She mentioned, "It’s not part of our relationship to share for whatever reason." Having grown up in the spotlight, she remarked on the importance of handling media attention. "You just have to let it go," Gigi said. "You can’t always correct everything."
Over the past year, Gigi and Bradley, who has a daughter named Lea with ex Irina Shayk, have opted for low-key outings instead of public appearances or interviews. One aspect they enjoy together is attending theater shows. "Bradley has opened me up to going to the theater more," she said. "That’s something nice to bring back into my life."
Finding time for themselves as two public figures can be challenging. "You want to have a normal dating experience," Gigi explained. "It’s hard even for friends who aren’t public figures. Where do you go? How do you start talking to people?" She acknowledged an additional layer of privacy concerns regarding their relationship. "You hope people have your back and don’t reach out to TMZ or go on Deuxmoi," she noted, "but you just don’t know."
Despite the challenges of maintaining privacy, Gigi conveys gratitude for her relationship. "I just feel really lucky," she remarked.
