Kelsea Ballerini Postpones Tour Due to Illness After Buffalo Concert Interruption
Kelsea Ballerini, currently on her Live Tour, had to cancel her concert in Buffalo. On February 6, she stopped her performance at the KeyBank Center due to health problems, PEOPLE reported.
Ballerini expressed her regret on Instagram, saying, "Buffalo, I am so, so sorry that I could not finish the show tonight." She explained that she was feeling sicker than anticipated. "I just got through the first few songs, and I couldn't do it. I never want to give you a half a– show," she added.
She announced that the Buffalo concert, alongside dates in Pittsburgh and Toronto, is now rescheduled to April 11th, 12th, and 13th at the end of her tour. Ballerini stated, "I will make them the best shows I’ve ever played in my whole life."
Kelsea Ballerini thanked her fans and reassured them about her commitment. "I will put out every stop for you and I will make it so worth it," she mentioned, emphasizing her need to rest for the upcoming shows. "I hope you understand," she said, expressing gratitude for their support.
Ballerini shared a photo of herself in bed with a pillow gifted by a fan, which brought her comfort. She captioned it, "To the sweet fan who made this pillow. I love and appreciate y'all. See you in a few days."
On February 4, fans assisted Ballerini at her concert in Detroit, as she struggled to perform due to illness. Audience members sang her song "Penthouse" when she needed support.
Earlier that same day, she shared that she was feeling better and excited for the Buffalo show. "For those sweet angel humans asking, I'm feeling better," she wrote, highlighting her rest and relief from illness.
Ballerini’s next scheduled performance will be on February 10 at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA.
