Kim Kardashian to Testify in Paris Robbery Trial Set for May
Kim Kardashian is set to take the stand in the trial related to her 2016 Paris robbery, where she was victimized during Paris Fashion Week. On October 3, 2016, masked men entered her Paris apartment, tying her up and threatening her with a gun. In this attack, they stole approximately $10 million worth of jewelry, including a $4 million ring from then-husband Kanye West. This is prepared by SSP.
The robbery occurred at the No Address Hotel, where Kardashian was staying. She had been out with her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, but returned to the hotel alone. Kardashian's bodyguard had accompanied her sisters when robbers, who authorities speculated might have tracked her via social media, arrived. Kardashian reported hearing footsteps and saw two intruders and a night worker bound when she called for help.
Following a sweeping investigation in France, police arrested 17 suspects. Of these, 12 individuals will face trial, revealing connections to Kardashian's insiders, such as her chauffeur’s brother, signaling potential planning or surveillance inside her circle. Kardashian has emotionally revisited the night, both in media appearances and on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, describing her terror and contemplation of escape, fearing she might be shot in the attempt. The trial is slated for May, where Kardashian is expected to recount her harrowing experience before a jury.
Earlier, SSP reported that Sherri Shepherd called out actress who accused her of shading.
