Lala Kent Wants ‘Boobs Redone’ After Nursing Second Baby
Lala Kent announced her desire for another plastic surgery procedure. During the March 25 episode of her "Give Them Lala" podcast, she discussed her post-baby body. A listener inquired about her struggles with self-identity as a mother.
Kent, age 34, shared that her sense of identity feels closely tied to her children. She has two daughters: Ocean, aged 4, and Sosa, just 5 months.
"Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules was the prime example of me wanting to discover who I am," Kent said while with her co-host and brother, Easton Burningham. She revealed, "I went back to being bleached blonde, got my boobs done, and pinned my ears back. However, I need to redo my boobs because they look like I didn’t even have a job after nursing my second child."
Sosa was born on September 3, 2024, through intrauterine insemination with a sperm donor. This was more than three years after Ocean's birth with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett in March 2021. Kent completed her breast augmentation in June 2022, sharing results on Instagram during the Independence Day weekend that year.
On her podcast, the reality star opened up about her complexities regarding identity. She often questions, "When is my Lala coming back?" After Burningham reassured her that this self-identity will return, she encouraged other mothers to reconnect with who they were before parenting.
"Take time to ask yourself, ‘What do I enjoy doing?’" Kent explained. "These moments with children are fleeting. One day, you’ll feel your identity slipping away. You’ll wonder, ‘Who am I, if my identity feels tied to my kids?’"
She added, "I also don’t know when my Lala will return. Worrying about it for the long-term is terrifying."
Kent’s podcast frequently delves into her parenting experiences. On March 14, she expressed her hope for an "open dialogue" with her children about alcohol. She reflected on her sobriety journey and shared her views on today's Generation Z trends.
"What’s in with them is not drinking, which I love. I hope this trend continues as my kids grow," Kent stated. She worries about her children transitioning to junior high and high school. "I think about how they might start experimenting and going to friends’ houses, perhaps even smoking a joint."
Kent reiterated her commitment to honest communication with her children. "When that time comes, I need to be open with them: ‘If you drink, there’s no scenario of driving. Call me. I won’t ask any questions. Just call, and I’ll come get you without hesitation,’" she said.
In this episode, Kent revealed that she has maintained over six years of sobriety. She embraced a sober lifestyle before becoming a parent and continues to value that decision.
