Lauren Burnham Reflects on Cherished First Trimester Moments with Baby No. 4
Lauren Burnham joyfully reminisces about her first trimester on social media. Following her announcement of a fourth child with husband Arie Luyendyk Jr., Burnham shared sweet memories from her early pregnancy stages on Instagram.
Her post featured a selfie where Burnham gently hugged her growing belly. Next, she uploaded a picture of two positive pregnancy tests held up next to a palm tree. This moment laid the foundation for a heartwarming video featuring her 5-year-old daughter, Alessi, speaking to her baby sibling. "I love you," Alessi giggled, adding, "Can you please hear me? I'm a baby." Another captured moment showed Alessi resting her head against her mother's.
The video was followed by a photo showcasing colorful chalk art, which Burnham didn’t specify if Alessi created alone or with her 3-year-old twins, daughter Senna and son Lux. The artwork read: "I <3 LUX ALESSI SENNA + BABY."
A smiling Lux was also photographed with Burnham on a sofa, beaming brightly. Additionally, Burnham featured images of a slice of bread next to Perelel vitamins, along with pictures of kiwi slices and a mix of broccoli, carrots, strawberries, and blueberries, likely representing her dietary choices during pregnancy.
In another photo, Luyendyk, 43, was seen lovingly handing Burnham a glass of juice.
The couple revealed their exciting news on March 10 through a joint Instagram post stating, "Our last missing piece…coming this September👶🏼🤍." This announcement followed Luyendyk Jr.'s February revelation about reversing his vasectomy to grow their family.
In a video shared on their YouTube channel, they opened up about their path to baby number four, discussing their experience with a chemical pregnancy. The Cleveland Clinic defines a chemical pregnancy as a loss that occurs before the fifth week of pregnancy.
