Machine Gun Kelly Shares Insights on Well-Being Journey After Megan Fox Split

Following his breakup with Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly is now focusing on his well-being. The "Bloody Valentine" singer is undergoing introspection two months post-split from Megan, who is currently pregnant with their child.

On February 3, he shared a photo on his Instagram Stories, where he wore a pink pullover and blue sweatpants. He sat in what looks like a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. In his hand was a red notebook, a hand-shaped bookmark, and a copy of Paul Coelho's novel The Alchemist. The 34-year-old musician noted that he was "journaling" before mentioning he was reading the classic for the fourth time.

Colson Baker, known as Machine Gun Kelly, appears to be undergoing significant changes since this new chapter of his life began. In January, he unveiled a shaggy beard and man bun, replacing his usual clean-shaven look and blonde crew cut displayed on Instagram.

His shirtless photo showcased him gazing out of a window while wearing nothing but baggy camo pants and white underwear. This image also highlighted the extensive black ink tattoo covering most of his upper body. He indicated that he obtained the tattoo for spiritual reasons when he first shared it in February 2024 with the caption, "For spiritual purposes only."

While prioritizing self-care, MGK contends with personal challenges. Earlier this month, Megan's ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, seemingly criticized him for perceived inauthenticity. Brian stated, "Just be honest for once in your life," in a now-deleted Instagram post on February 2, featuring one of MGK's songs.

After Megan's split was made public, Brian reiterated his concerns for her. While speaking to TMZ, he asked, "He’s in his 30s, isn’t he? In your 30s, f--k. Grow up. Like, she’s pregnant."
