Miles Teller is mourning the loss of his home in the recent Los Angeles wildfires, US Weekly reported. The destruction has deeply impacted Teller, 37, and his wife Keleigh, 32. He expressed his grief during the February 13 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen." Teller shared, "You’re grieving memories that were lost. You’re grieving the life that my wife and I anticipated, hopefully having our first children in that house."
Teller emphasized the profound loss of their "sense of home." He noted that the couple had just completed renovations on their "dream house." He mentioned, "I know that’s gonna take a while to recalibrate because we just don’t have a place that feels like us anymore. But we’ll figure it out."

Keleigh praised her community, expressing her deep connections to the area. She said, "Pacific Palisades, I love you beyond measure; we will come back stronger than ever." Indicating other regrets about the escape, she shared, "I wish I grabbed my wedding dress… but it doesn’t matter."
While on "WWHL," host Andy Cohen extended his condolences to Teller. Miles responded positively, admitting he has been "doing alright" but emphasized the process is "day-by-day." He discussed how losing everything in a natural disaster creates a unique fellowship. "You’re a part of a club that nobody really expects or wants to be a part of," he explained.
Teller expressed gratitude toward the supportive fans of the Grateful Dead, known as Deadheads. He appreciated their generous gestures, including receiving gifts like T-shirts and pins. "It’s been wonderful feeling the love from our family and friends. You really see who gives a damn when something like this happens," Teller remarked.

Conversely, Miles managed to take a cherished item — a watch that belonged to his late grandfather. He wore this memory piece during an appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert." He shared that his grandfather "had just passed away a couple of weeks before" the catastrophic fires.
