While heading to her final wedding dress fitting, Brown encountered curious media. She expressed her alarm, saying, "I thought the photographer could see my wedding dress through the glass window." This worry stemmed from her desire to keep her wedding dress a secret from Bongiovi until the big day.
Thinking quickly, Brown decided to showcase a gown that contrasted her true choice. "I decided to walk out and fake cry, pretending to have found the gown," she said, and added, "I tricked her into thinking she captured something brilliant." The audience laughed as Fallon played a video from Brown’s decoy dress moment. She modeled a mermaid-style dress while dramatically claiming, "This is my dress!"
Later in the episode, Fallon reminded viewers that Brown had married since her last visit. He complimented her husband, Jake Bongiovi, calling him "one of the nicest, coolest dudes ever." Brown shared that she had asked "Stranger Things" co-star Matthew Modine to officiate their wedding. Initially, he thought she was joking, but excitedly agreed once the proposal came. "I said, 'My papa should marry us,'" referencing Modine's character.
