Nick Viall's Wife Natalie Joy Suffers Second Miscarriage in Two Months

Nick Viall's wife, Natalie Joy, recently shared the heartbreaking news of her second miscarriage within two months. This comes following the couple's announcement about their first pregnancy loss.

The couple is facing another significant loss. Natalie revealed her second miscarriage almost eight weeks after discussing their first loss publicly.

On March 23, Natalie, who has a 13-month-old daughter named River Rose with Nick, expressed her feelings on Instagram. She mentioned, "While mourning the loss of our second baby at the beginning of this year, I unexpectedly found out I was pregnant again."

The 26-year-old stated it took time to process the news of her pregnancy, sharing she felt extreme joy once she accepted it. However, her happiness turned to sorrow with the latest miscarriage.

In contrast to her first loss, Natalie had to undergo surgical intervention this time. She described this experience, saying, "I underwent a D&C this time, which was harder than I imagined." The procedure, dilation and curettage, involves scraping tissue from the uterus.

As she recovers, Natalie's focus remains on her family's support. She mentioned in her post, "It's going to take some time for me to feel like myself again. Honestly, I may never feel that way." She expressed gratitude for her husband and their daughter, asserting they are her reason for persevering through these challenges.

Nick Viall, 44, screened Natalie’s message on his Instagram Stories, highlighting a touching moment by sharing a photo of her with River. He accompanied the picture with a red heart emoji.

Previously, the couple addressed their initial pregnancy loss during an episode of their podcast, The Viall Files. Natalie opened up about her pain on January 29, stating, "Currently as I sit here, today I'm actively miscarrying our second child, and it has been the biggest heartbreak of my life."

She described the trauma of her first miscarriage, saying she experienced heavy spotting before the event. "I was screaming and crying, and Nick ran into the bathroom," she recounted.

Nick retrieved what she passed for a burial, highlighting the trauma they faced together. He stated, "As traumatic as it was, I hope moms never have to do that."

Natalie shared her feelings with Nick, saying, "I've never been more heartbroken. But I have a family that needs me, and that's what gets me out of bed each day." She concluded warmly, expressing her love for him.
