Paul Walter Hauser and Wife Amy Expect Baby No. 3
In a joint Instagram post on January 28, the 38-year-old actor, known for "Black Bird," shared the news alongside his wife, Amy Boland Hauser, PEOPLE reported. The couple featured a sonogram image on a cream-colored onesie that displayed the words "grand finale" in rainbow letters.
Additionally, they shared photos of their sons, Harris, 3, and Jonah, 21 months. Each was dressed in shirts printed with "the original" and "the sequel," respectively.
"We’re excited to share that the Hauser Family 'Grand Finale' will arrive late summer 2025," the couple wrote. They expressed gratitude, stating, "Thank you, Jesus! For this child, we have prayed. – 1 Samuel 1:27."
While Hauser is celebrated for his roles in major films, he regards fatherhood as his most meaningful duty. In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in May 2024, he said he wants to "be around for a long time for my kids and my wife."
Maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle is crucial for Hauser. He noted that it has been "very elusive, very hard" for him at times.
The Hausers tied the knot in July 2020 and welcomed their son Harris in 2021. They added Jonah to their family two years later. Following Harris's birth, the couple briefly separated but rekindled their marriage in May 2022.
"Celebrating our 2 Year Anniversary when we rejoined as husband and wife on May 14, 2022," Hauser wrote on Instagram. He reflects on their journey, saying, "We have to celebrate. God brought us through so much, and He continues to. Anytime God is bringing you THROUGH something, He is also bringing you TO something."
He concluded, "So here is to our first vows taken on July 23rd, which brought us the gift of Harris - and here is to our final vows taken on May 14, which has brought immeasurably more than we could ask, think, or imagine. I love you my Amy. Thank you for loving me so well. Thank you for helping me, (as you would say), 'dance through life'. You’re a wonderful dance partner ❤️."
