Taylor Swift Arrives in New Orleans, Enjoys Intimate Dinner with Travis Kelce Before Super Bowl
Taylor Swift has arrived in New Orleans to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs are preparing for a crucial game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Super Bowl Sunday, marking Kelce's biggest event of the year.
On Friday, February 7, Swift, 35, flew into the city, forgoing large pre-game festivities. Instead, the couple chose a cozy restaurant uptown for a private dinner, as seen in footage shared by Fox 8 New Orleans.
As they entered the restaurant, fans enthusiastically greeted Swift, stating, "We love you and we went to your concert." She smiled and thanked them while walking up the steps with Kelce's arm around her waist.
For their intimate outing, Swift wore a chic lace little black dress paired with heels and a Hermes Constance bag. In a matching monochromatic outfit, Kelce donned a gray jacket, accompanying pants, and sneakers, completing his look with dark sunglasses.
Kelce, 35, has been in New Orleans since the previous Sunday. He has been engaged in practice sessions with the Chiefs and participating in media interviews.
Kelce's older brother, Jason, along with his wife, Kylie, have also joined him in the city for support. The brothers previously faced each other during the 2023 Super Bowl, where the Chiefs triumphed.
"I wish he would have played another year, but you know, he's very content where he is in life right now," Travis commented on Jason, who retired from the NFL in March 2024. "He gets to be around his family more, you know?"
Jason Kelce will cheer on Travis from the stands alongside Kylie, their parents Ed and Donna, as well as Swift for the second consecutive year.
Swift recently had a notable night at the Grammy Awards, held last Sunday. Despite receiving six nominations, she did not win any awards. Her impressive career boasts 14 wins out of 58 nominations. Remarkably, she remains the only artist to win Album of the Year four times.
The Chiefs, aiming to make history, are focused on securing their third consecutive title this coming Sunday.
