Taylor Swift Expresses Gratitude for TTPD Support and Grammy Nominations

On November 14, Taylor Swift performed at Toronto's Rogers Centre, celebrating her fans' unwavering support. Swift, 34, reflected on her six nominations for the 2025 Grammy Awards during the concert. One nomination highlights her album, The Tortured Poets Department, in the prestigious Album of the Year category. This recognition marks a significant achievement, as she is the first woman nominated seven times in this category.

During the 2024 Grammy ceremony, Swift accepted the Best Pop Vocal Album award and revealed her work on *The Tortured Poets Department*, describing it as a deeply emotional project. In a video captured by fans, she said, "You guys did something so amazing over the course of the last few months. I just mean what you did with embracing The Tortured Poets Department. It's truly blown my mind because this album, I wrote during the Eras Tour."

Swift continued to share her creative process. "I wrote that album while trying to keep it a secret from you guys. When we announced it, we worked hard to put together a new chapter for the Eras Tour surrounding The Tortured Poets Department. We wanted to surprise you, and we did."

Reflecting on the album's success, she acknowledged her fans' role in its Grammy nominations. "Everything that happens is a direct reflection of the passion that you show. You got this album nominated for six Grammys," she stated. "It's so unbelievable, so thank you."

Prior to her upcoming shows in Canada, Swift concluded her U.S. tour on November 3. She shared her thoughts about the final performances on Instagram, expressing her gratitude. "Couldn’t have asked for a more magical way to end our U.S. shows," she wrote. "I had the time of my life with 207,000 beautiful people in Indianapolis, who showered us with love and excitement. I’ll smile looking back on this weekend because it felt like a dreamscape. Thank you to everyone who came out for our last three American shows!"
