Demi Moore Shines in Red Gown with Daughters at 'The Substance' Premiere
Demi Moore, 61, attended the Los Angeles premiere of her latest film, "The Substance," on September 16th, accompanied by her three daughters with Bruce Willis: Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 30. Moore's ensemble for the event included a striking strapless red dress by Oscar de la Renta, showcasing a vibrant mosaic pattern with black, maroon, and burgundy accents, complemented by three diamond strand bracelets, diamond drop earrings, and a selection of diamond rings.
Her hair was styled in beach waves, and she chose makeup that featured red and pink eyeshadow, nude lip gloss, and a nude-pink blush.
Rumer and Tallulah opted for black outfits. Rumer wore an off-the-shoulder sheath gown accessorized with a diamond tennis necklace, diamond rings, and diamond hoop earrings, alongside straight, sleek blonde hair. Tallulah sported a strapless little black dress paired with black pointed-toe pumps. Scout presented a different look with a medium brown georgette gown characterized by a cowl neckline and ruching across her waist.
The Cannes Film Festival initially premiered "The Substance" in May, where it garnered the best screenplay award. In this film, Moore portrays Elizabeth Sparkle, an actress sidelined by her TV network for younger talent. Elizabeth discovers a drug called "The Substance," sharing her life with a younger self (played by Margaret Qualley), as she recklessly attempts to reclaim her youth and fame.
During the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, Moore shared with PEOPLE that her daughters had not yet watched the horror satire. She opted to have them experience the film at the premiere with the audience, believing it to be more thrilling. "They've seen the trailers, and they are super excited," she remarked.
