On Wednesday, September 25, Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, brought their dynamic fashion to the London premiere of "Joker: Folie à Deux," echoing their red carpet debut at the Venice Film Festival earlier this month. This highly anticipated film officially screens on October 4.

The 38-year-old superstar shone in a dramatic red Celine gown by Hedi Slimane. The floor-length dress featured a v-neckline, a pleated skirt, and was complemented by a cropped long-sleeve jacket with voluminous puffy sleeves. Her look was elevated by Tiffany & Co. jewelry, including a Jean Schlumberger Bird on a Rock brooch, Vigne ring, and platinum and 18k yellow gold yellow diamond bracelet and earrings. Gaga's eye-catching theatrical makeup included turquoise eyeshadow, winged liner, a teardrop made of crystals, and her distinct bleached eyebrows. Her hairstyle was a black bob cut with red highlights and short bangs, contrasting her earlier icy blonde look from the Venice Film Festival. To finish the attire, she donned matching red lipstick.

Michael Polansky kept his look classic with a Celine Homme by Hedi Slimane black suit. The couple smiled for photos at Cineworld Leicester Square, Gaga also posed with co-star Joaquin Phoenix (Arthur Fleck) and director Todd Phillips. "Joker: Folie à Deux," debuting on October 4, delves into the backstory of Phoenix's Joker and his romance with Harley Quinn. Previously, Margot Robbie, Mia Sara, and Kaley Cuoco portrayed this role. Gaga, who expressed excitement on the red carpet at her furniture film screening event on May 23, stressed the individuality and authenticity of her version of Harley Quinn, reassuring viewers it's a fresh, compelling experience: "I've never done anything like this before," she shared. Additionally, Gaga announced "Harlequin," a companion album for the film, set for release on September 27.
