P Diddy's mum heckled in 'predator' rant as she supports rapper in court

At her son Sean 'Diddy' Combs' trial concerning sex trafficking charges, 84-year-old Janice Combs made a dramatic entry dressed in a tiger-print fur coat over a white mini dress, choosing large jeweled sunglasses to shield her face from public scrutiny. Even as hecklers yelled at her with accusations against her son, she remained undeterred and composed upon entering the lower Manhattan courthouse. Her strong support for Diddy emerged from her public defense against the many sexual misconduct allegations made by over 100 women.

The trial brought Diddy's family to the forefront, with his twin daughters and three sons, Jesse James, Quincy, Justin, and Christian, making a show of support prior to the hearing. Arrested on September 16 for sex trafficking and racketeering, Diddy arrived in court wearing his prison-issued garb. Aside from the accusations of racketeering conspiracy, the rapper faces additional charges of promoting prostitution-related activities. Despite 120 women coming forward with claims of abuse, Diddy maintains his innocence.

Throughout this ordeal, Janice Combs expressed profound sadness regarding the allegations directed at Diddy. She described her distress over what she believes to be a publicly orchestrated narrative that wrongfully villainizes her son, urging a fair chance for him to contest the allegations. Although acknowledging Diddy's past mistakes, particularly the 2016 incident captured by CNN depicting alleged violence against his ex-girlfriend, Janice stands firm that these do not implicate him in the current grave charges.

Since his arrest, Diddy has been denied bail twice despite lawyer assurances that he offers no flight risk, promising even to forfeit personal assets in return for release. The legal battle now progresses to the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and unless he gains bail, Combs will remain incarcerated till the trial slated for May 2025.
