Channing Tatum's Potential Reunion with Ryan Reynolds in Future Projects

Channing Tatum and Ryan Reynolds may share the spotlight once more, as Tatum, 44, recently expressed the desire to collaborate with Reynolds in a future film, PEOPLE reported. On November 12, Tatum reshared an Instagram promise from Reynolds, 48, indicating his willingness to reprise his Deadpool role if a Gambit movie becomes a reality. Tatum fulfilled his long-held ambition to portray Gambit alongside Reynolds in Deadpool & Wolverine.

Reynolds’ commitment surfaced on a Marvel fan's Instagram post from September 7, where he vowed a Deadpool cameo in a Gambit-focused film if necessary. He humorously mentioned being willing to assist with on-set duties such as distributing fresh orange slices. In response, Tatum praised Reynolds as the "best human ever" and jokingly declared the offer a "binding contract," complete with a "True Story" gif.

From prior engagements like the 2015 Comic-Con, the camaraderie between the stars is evident. Reynolds complimented Tatum’s portrayal of Gambit during a recent podcast, applauding Tatum's performance and describing the Marvel creator's intrigue with Tatum's interpretation.

While Reynolds has no confirmation on Deadpool & Wolverine's continuation, he is confident in Tatum’s role wisecasting. Notably, Tatum captivates not only through charisma but also his physical expression, contributing to the Marvel film's success.

Though Tatum and Zoë Kravitz's split after three years of engagement grabbed attention, Tatum looks forward to their collaboration in Alpha Gang alongside notable stars like Cate Blanchett. Despite their parting, both commit to inventive projects that highlight mutual admiration and shared creativity.
