Pink Performs Aerial Stunts Despite Knee Injury at Las Vegas Show
Pink defied pain during her Las Vegas show on Friday, delivering aerial stunts while limping on stage. The 45-year-old artist faced a knee injury just before her encore performance.
Concert attendees shared videos online, showcasing the "Trustfall" singer soaring above the crowd despite her injury. One fan on TikTok remarked, "@P!NK soared through Allegiant Stadium – hurt knee and all!" They added, "She might have put on the best live concert I’ve ever seen."
Journalist John Katsilometes from the Las Vegas Review-Journal noted, "@Pink tweaked her knee, but finished her aerial number to close the show." He mentioned her favoring her left leg during the performance.
Another video from the show captured the "Try" singer being carried by stagehands as she limped toward the harness before her final acts. "You don’t need knees to fly," she humorously reassured the audience, adding, "I’m coming to see you in the back!"
As of now, Pink has not disclosed details about her injury on social media. This incident follows her recent cancellation of a performance due to a mysterious illness. In July, she posted on Instagram, stating, "After consultation with my doctor... I’m unable to continue with the show tomorrow."
Previously, last October, Pink canceled two shows in Tacoma, Washington, citing a family emergency. She later revealed she was also coping with a respiratory infection at that time.
