A woman gave up sugar for six weeks and was shocked to see how her body changed: before and after photos
Australian model and bikini designer Karina Irby has demonstrated the transformation of her body after giving up sugar. SSPDaily tells about it.
The 34-year-old influencer posted two photos of herself: one taken before she started her sugar-free experiment, and the other a few weeks later.
Karina told her fans that she is now "much less bloated" and that her "body has thanked her."
She wrote: "Halfway through the sugar-free challenge, my belly is feeling the love! This is my third time taking on the challenge of giving up all refined sugar and let me tell you the effect is crystal clear. First, my bloated stomach has finally calmed down. I feel much lighter and my organs are probably grateful to me. But unfortunately, my eczema is still throwing a fit. My body is just as itchy and covered with spots as it always was. On the other hand, I feel motivated. Who knows, maybe I'll reach a whole new level of clarity while this challenge continues. Would you dare to give up refined sugar for 12 weeks?"
