"Cat Burglar" Steals Clothes: You Won't Believe the Culprit
A mischief-making feline is causing a stir in a town by pilfering items from homes, the Express reported. The black-and-white cat, Taboo, has been bringing items like gloves, socks, pants, and shoes as unsolicited gifts to her owner, 62-year-old Sandra Danskin.
Sandra, a night-shift carer, returns home each morning to find new "presents" from her 12-year-old pet. To help her neighbors in Otley, West Yorkshire, reclaim their belongings, she posts photos of the items online. Sandra recounted, "We've had a mop head and kitchen rolls. One time, we even got half a dozen eggs, in their box but all broken. If she brings back a sock, she’ll always go back for its pair so there are two. When she finds something, she makes a high-pitched whining noise to let me know. I've talked to her about it, but she doesn’t change her ways."
Sandra thinks Taboo nicks items from washing lines or sneaks into houses when doors are left open. She remarked, "Someone joked that I should train her to visit the nearest Rolex shop."
