SSPDaily asked Jo Hemmings, a behavioral media psychologist and big McDonald's fan, for clarification on this issue. Here's what she thinks your fast food order says about you.

Big Mac

If you're a Big Mac lover, you're loyal and dogmatic, but you also appreciate humor. "You're a traditionalist. That's what Maccy D's means to you," said Hemmings.

"There may not be a menu, because you already know what you're going to eat next."

Hamburger

Hamburgers appeal to those who like to "go with the flow."

"Come on, it's a boring choice," Hemmings jokes. "There are other places you could eat, but if you have to cater to the crowd, you make it clear that it's not your favorite fast food."

You're a "soft-spoken" person who avoids fuss and noise, although you might feel a lot better about yourself if you spoke up sometimes.

Spicy McCrispy

The new Spicy McCrispy is for those who like to experiment.

"At the end of the day, you'd probably prefer curry, but since people like you, you'll go with any choice, as long as it has spice and heat," she said.

For Spicy McCrispy lovers, life is never boring, they are passionate and gambling. You like to travel to exotic places, or at least dream about it.

Quarter pounder

If you order a quarter-pounder, you want to get the maximum benefit for the minimum cost.

You can be generous when you have extra money, but you like to get what you pay for.

"You're not boastful, but you're not compliant," Hemmings said. "You like to organize and plan, but you're also good at making sure everyone has a good time."

McNuggets

"You are a party animal," says Hemmings. "If you have even half a chance, your inner child takes over because you remember those nuggets from your childhood and you don't give up that kind of fun."

Although you may not be as spontaneous and prefer to know where the night will take you, you are still positive, optimistic, and always ready to help your friends.

Triple Cheeseburger

No offense to cheeseburger fanatics, but Hemmings explained that you are probably a very energetic and a bit dramatic person.

"You're someone who is probably on the go most of the time-you work hard, play hard, and don't give in to fatigue," she said.

"These people prefer to grab a quick bite to eat to recharge their batteries and get on with their day.

"You can be a little hot-tempered and sometimes overdramatize things, but people love you for it."

Filet-O-Fish

If you choose the fish option, then, according to Hemmings, you can be called "picky" and don't like chicken or meat in general.

"You're generally in favor of healthy eating, but you can't bring yourself to choose a salad."

Fillet-o-fish lovers are not afraid to express their opinions - and they may "secretly" love fried meat (vegetarian or not), but would prefer that no one see them eating it!

Happy Meal

Who doesn't love a good Happy Meal?

If you still order a Happy Meal as an adult, it means you like to indulge your inner child.

"You're always positive and see the bright side of life," explains Hemmings.

"You're spontaneous, you don't plan anything in advance, and your sense of fun is contagious. Why wouldn't you get a toy with your meal?"
