In a striking incident, workers from a Florida waste management company recorded an alligator lunging from floodwaters caused by Hurricane Milton. This unexpected encounter took place in the Riverbend neighborhood of North Fort Myers.
Dave and Amanda, employees of North Fort Myers Sanitation, were navigating through the floodwaters while documenting the scene.
As they filmed, an alligator surfaced from the deep water covering the road and lunged at the vehicle. It attempted to bite the tire situated at the front.
Fortunately, the duo managed to drive away unharmed, and the tire showed no significant damage from the alligator's sharp teeth.
