Idaho Man Sets World Record for Blindfolded Basketball Dribbling
An Idaho man known for holding multiple Guinness World Records titles recently achieved another milestone. David Rush dribbled a basketball for over an hour while blindfolded, securing his latest record.
Rush attempted his first record while seated, lasting 1 hour, 55 minutes, and 21 seconds.
Unfortunately, this attempt was disqualified due to the chair. Undeterred, Rush made a second attempt while standing, as approved by Guinness.
"This position was challenging for my back and reduced my control," Rush explained. He noted that making mistakes was easier under these conditions. Nevertheless, his determination prevailed.
Rush completed his second attempt after 1 hour, 37 minutes, and 2 seconds. His witnesses had to depart, ending the challenge. This time was sufficient for him to claim the record officially.
