Off-Duty Trooper Rescues Dogs on Highway

Authorities in Washington seek to identify the owner of two dogs found on a busy interstate.
The Washington State Patrol reported that an off-duty trooper discovered the dogs running freely on Interstate 90. This location is near milepost 32 in North Bend.
The trooper successfully apprehended the playful canines. One dog had a collar tag identifying him as Bowie.
Trooper Rick Johnson, the public information officer for WSP, posted on social media, "If you know where they belong, they are with animal control."
