Social networks always find reasons for heated discussions. A video on any topical issue is enough to generate supporters and opponents. For example, a young mother was recently accused of "witchcraft" after she demonstrated her incredible flat stomach, which appeared only 4 months after giving birth. SSPDaily tells about it.
The Sun wrote about this case. According to the publication, the controversy began when Isabella showed how she looked during her late pregnancy and how she looks now.
The woman explained that "sleeping and breastfeeding are the most important things" and to confirm this, she pulled down the waistband of her leggings, showing her muscular and completely flat stomach.
"How? What kind of magic is this?" one person commented on the video.
In response, Isabella said that she was following a calorie deficit regimen, healthy eating, breastfeeding, and weight loss.
However, the most violent reaction was caused by her words about "eight hours of sleep" a night, which helps her to regain her prenatal shape.
She was immediately asked: "How do you manage to sleep for 8 hours with a newborn?"
"I taught my baby to sleep using the EASY method from the 7th day of life," Isabella replied.
"8 hours of sleep," another subscriber commented, adding a laughing and crying emoji.
"At least 8 hours!" she replied.
"You can't sleep 8 hours while breastfeeding a newborn, how is that possible?" wrote a third.
"Watch my recent video, it's possible with exclusive breastfeeding, and it will inspire you," Isabella replied.
For your information, in that video she said that the key factor that makes her daughter sleep so well at night is a break between feedings during the day at 2-3 hours.
She does the last feeding between 8 and 9 pm, and then sometimes does a night feeding between 3 and 5 am.
Then comes the morning feeding from 8 to 10 am.
"We started using this method when she was seven days old," Isabella added. "She is now 5 months old, and we are still successfully following this regimen."
Many users in the comments to the first video praised Isabella for her incredible figure.
"Breastfeeding is just great!" wrote one of the subscribers. "It burns more calories than intense cardio."
"Yes!" Isabella replied.
"And when did you take the picture after?" she was asked. "Did you use any kind of postpartum bandage to put your belly back in place?"
"I took it 3 days ago (4 months after giving birth)," Isabella replied. "And no, no tight bandage around it, just recovery and healing."
"Plus good genes and dedication in the gym," another subscriber commented.
Isabella agreed with her and wrote: "100% dedication and hard work before pregnancy is the best basis for such a result."
