Large Snake Discovered Inside Colorado Family Home

A large snake was found "trespassing" in a Colorado residence. It was seen slithering boldly through the home.
Boulder Police Department shared on social media, "How many cops does it take to wrangle a very large snake out of a community member's home?" This reflects the playful curiosity from reviewing the officer’s body camera footage.
In the video, officers discover the snake resting on the hardwood floor near the fireplace. The snake attempts to escape capture but is ultimately secured in an orange Home Depot bucket.
"The snake was cited for trespassing and released back to its natural habitat," added the department.
