Raccoon Causes Chaos at Denver Broncos Game
During a recent game between the Denver Broncos and the Las Vegas Raiders, a raccoon caused a stir among fans. The excitement shifted from the field to the stands at Empower Field, where a raccoon sparked chaos.
In Section 31, this raccoon crept into the crowd of enthusiastic supporters. Witnesses quickly captured photos and videos as the animal evaded capture attempts, offering moments of unexpected amusement. At one point, a fan managed to snatch the raccoon with his bare hands, and it was temporarily placed in a trash bin.
In another video, police tried to move the raccoon from the bin to a cage. However, the clever creature broke free and dashed loose again within the stadium. Eventually, a Broncos spokesperson confirmed that the raccoon was safely removed from the venue.
"There was a rare occurrence that required Animal Control during Sunday’s game at Empower Field at Mile High. Our staff promptly resolved the situation," the spokesperson told KDVR-TV.
Fans playfully dubbed the raccoon the "rally raccoon" after the Broncos came back to secure a victory, defeating the Raiders 34-18.
